The company is owned by Colin and Annette Edwards and has been operating since 1997, firstly as Edwards Realty Ltd then in 2007 we joined the worldwide franchise of Century 21.

Colin and Annette have been in real estate for over 40 years, Colin in Property Management and Annette managing our team and specialising in sales.

As local residents in the Howick, Pakuranga and Dannemora area, we know how important it is for your children to attend excellent schools and for couples and families wishing to live in an area offering excellent local facilities.

Vicki Southgate, Colin and Annette’s daughter, joined the company in 2003, she has a MBus (Mktg), BCs (PR) and also a Dip of Real Estate, Vicki has joined her father to run her own very successful Property Management Division and herself now manages a large property management portfolio. Vicki has a proven sales record and continues to market and sell residential property when her clients wish to sell their rental properties.
